Tooling Specialist

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that the mold fits correctly and that mold components process flow are correct per Entegris tooling manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Fit mold and provide support to Manufacturing Associates.
Install tools, set up auxiliary equipment, and operate equipment following best practices.
Start-up equipment and produce acceptable product using provided documentation to shutdown per best practices and procedures.
Interpret, identify, and record information on job documents.
Maintain a safe and productive work area, ensuring safe use of equipment in the workplace.
Meet production schedules and quality standards.
Identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
Adhere to all safety procedures, including wearing all required protective equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keeping work area free of debris.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Machine Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience, or demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job.
Knowledgeable in tool making.
Process skill in using machine and mold configuration assembly.
Proficient in operating various types of machines such as Milling, EDM, and Grinding.
