Tour Executive

- Handling tour bookings


-Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority


-Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries


-Keeping track on documentation and payments


-Deliver excellent operations support and managed the needs of our customers


-Professionally handle high volume of inquiries


-Event arrangement and PPT creations.


-Post information, filing documents and maintain paper and computer records for management / file systems 


-Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations 


-Work with superior and team to create new opportunities for growth


-Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.

; Requirements:-


-Have a good track record of sales and coordination for inbound and domestic tour industry.


-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Bahasa Cina.


-Committed to deliver high level of customer service.


-Capable to respond to a range of different work situations


-Computer knowledge (MS Office).


-Willing to travel.


-Creative, fast-paced, detail-oriented and capability for multi-tasking.
