Job Description : 
Responsibilities:
1. Report to Director/ Department Head
2. Sourcing, leads for the Company with respect to travel sales, including the nurturing and maintenance of client relationships or suppliers;
3. Keeping abreast of any developments with the respect to our product offering which may have an impact on the business and conducting thorough travel and business-related research, whether of the industry or our destinations in general analyzing any research findings and preparing reports on the same;
4. Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all level, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings and supplier, and product knowledge gathering;
5. Assist & overview timely and prompt preparation of internal company documents, such as invoices and destination collaterals;
6. Handling administrative tasks and paperwork relating to the company's operations and internal processes, Basic HR-related administrative tasks, statutory;
7. Aiding in expansion of destination and product offerings by reaching out to suppliers, 
gathering product knowledge and creating contents;
8. Sourcing for building and maintaining supplier relations that should aid in operational 
needs;
9. Other ad-hoc task as per management 

Requirements:
* STPM/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Business or its related field 
* 3 to 4 years experience in Tour Operation
* Dual Language, Mandarin Speaking will be an added advantage* Passionate about Tourism* Has business skills and experience in customer service


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
