Responsibilities:To deal with the overseas DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle;
To assist in making booking in cruise line booking engine;
To assist in all aspects of tour operations; including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities;
To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber and Amadeus);
To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentation is properly filed;
Recording orders for all related tour services;
To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures;
To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support;
To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs.
Minimum Requirements:Achieve at least SPM education.
Requires candidates with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Travel industry.
Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to enquiries.
Comfortable working with a computer and mobile phone for long hours.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).
