Tour Operations Executive (Kota Kinabalu Branch)We are looking for a Tour Operations Executive for our Kota Kinabalu Branch. Below are the requirements and responsibilities for the role:
Requirements:At least SPM education.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Travel industry.
Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to inquiries.
Comfortable working with computers and mobile phones for long hours.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).
Location:Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Responsibilities:To deal with overseas DMC, accommodation, or cruise line principles.
To assist in making bookings in cruise line booking engines.
To assist in all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets, ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities.
To assist in flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber, and Amadeus).
To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentation is properly filed.
Recording orders for all related tour services.
To provide full support for tour package sales and departures.
To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support.
To participate in all fieldwork, including airport duties and travel fairs.
