Location:Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Responsibilities:Deal with overseas DMC, accommodation or cruise line principles.
Assist in making bookings in cruise line booking engine.
Assist in all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets, ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities.
Assist in doing flight bookings through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber, and Amadeus).
Compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentation is properly filed.
Record orders for all related tour services.
Provide full support for tour package sales and departures.
Educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support.
Participate in all fieldwork, including airport duties and travel fairs.
Minimum Requirements:At least SPM education.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the travel industry.
Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to inquiries.
Comfortable working with computers and mobile phones for long hours.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if needed).
