Minimum Requirements:Minimum education must have Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Self-motivated and have strong success desire
Responsibilities:Process Visa application & related matters
Deal with agents / suppliers on ground arrangements
Negotiate and coordinate with overseas tour operators
Assist in planning itineraries
Prepare and follow up on quotations given
Assist in translation of itineraries if required
Assist in design of brochures for new plan attractions for promotional purposes
Issue exchange orders, tax invoices, documentation on acknowledgement receipts
Assist on booking forms with new closing
Deal with agents and clients on billing & payment arrangements
Handle travel insurance purchasing & related matters
Maintain proper filing records and keep complete documents for future reference
Ad-hoc tasks as required
