Job DescriptionWe are a travel industry looking for an outstanding Operations Executive / Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have the ability to input specific data into our database as well as to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the team and the business flows. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Previous experience in related fields is required.
Responsibilities:Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
Input new information and update existing database systems records as required.
Create and manage spreadsheets on the daily functions of the business.
Retrieve data as requested.
Prepare monthly performance review reports and reevaluate processes.
Organize and store relevant documents accordingly.
Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
Manage the daily functions of the operations department.
Research additional information requested by the team.
Perform ad-hoc tasks from the superior.
Job RequirementsMUSThave 3+ years of experience in a similar role inTravel Agency/Tour Operator/Tourism Industries.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong ability to multitask.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
Critical thinker.
Team player.
Knowledge of the Russian language is an added advantage.
