Enhance public services and well-being facilities while prioritizing town safety, creating a comfortable and natural environment, and establishing a strategy for handling complaints from tenants and residents.
Formulate both long-term and short-term budgets to maintain a balance between income and expenses, actively monitoring and directing expenditures according to the budget plan.
Cultivate strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, fostering collaboration in local projects by coordinating with district and provincial-level governments, central government, private institutions, and the local community.
Design and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that contribute positively to the surrounding community and enhance the company's image within the local community.
Requirements Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of experience at the directorial level within a relevant industry.
Proficiency in speaking English and Mandarin.
Township management experience is a must.
Supervise concluded projects, including those related to wastewater treatment, infrastructure, etc.
Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate challenges in the dynamic field of township management.
