Job Overview:
We are seeking for a dynamic and agile Key Account Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure best-in-class trade execution and close follow-through with customers on operational excellence in rolling out planned activities. Additionally, the role involves identifying potential new accounts to drive new product listings, enhance brand availability in trade, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer goods and a passion for delivering excellent implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution:
-Ensure timely and accurate implementation of all promotional activities, in-store displays, and product launches.
-Monitor and track performance of trade activities, ensuring that all planned initiatives are rolled out as scheduled, including sales performance.
-Work on in store merchandising and store audits initiatives to ensure brand visibility and availability are set up correctly and according to guidelines.
-Build strong relationships with retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
-Some weekend work may be required, depending on the timing of promotional events and activities
New Account Identification and Penetration:
-Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement plans to grow revenue through new account acquisition.
-Identify and pursue potential new accounts to penetrate and expand the company's market presence.
Inventory Management:
-Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support promotional activities and all customer's PO are fulfilled accordingly and timely.
-Monitor stock levels at key accounts to prevent out-of-stock situations and manage inventory turnover.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-1-2 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in a key account or trade marketing role.
-Good understanding of trade marketing and retail operations.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
