-Develop category and/or customer 4P strategy and tactics to deliver our sales and profitability targets while contributing positively to the customer's sales and category growth.

-Translate brand marketing strategy, priorities and ATL actions into customer marketing actionable plans.
-Lead trade planning for new launches and national promotion campaign, i.e. setting distribution and 2nd displays target, volume projection, in-store execution, customer plan customization, etc.
-Develop, initiate, and execute customized retailer engagement programs as and when required as part of committed customers JBP or BR action plans.
-Work closely with sales management team to support in analyzing our product performance vs competition in key accounts and recommend in-store actions aimed at further strengthening our brand position in-stores.
-Manage trade marketing budget setting, monthly monitoring of trade spends to ensure all channels spend as per budget allocation and conduct monthly review with Marketing Head and Finance.
-Performs ongoing ROI analysis across a broad range of activities (including post-activity analysis) to guide effective commercial outcomes and support trade marketing spend cost optimization objectives.
-Collaborating closely with sales teams to effectively execute, track and report regional or key account customer marketing plans in all channels.
-Contributes to forecast accuracy and proposing the execution of programs to maximize sales volume potential to achieve our sales target.
-Continuous understanding on external factors and competitor's activities of the channel involved.
-Work closely with supply chain and marketing director in both OEM and Export businesses operations task in continuing the growth momentum while also follow-up on new business enquiries translating to our brand expansion into new markets or new OEM retailers.

; Requirements:-
-The candidate must possess at minimum a Degree in Marketing / Business Advertising or equivalent.
-Has at least 3 years of experience in FMCG Industry in trade (channel and/or category development) marketing roles and additionally, a minimum of 3 years of front-line sales managing GT and/or MT (either KA or Ecomm) channels with proven history of delivering strong results.
-Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities and sales and marketing strategy and planning issues.
-Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing to promote collaborations across customers and internal teams within Oji.
-Proficient in planning, research, data analysis, forecasting, planogramming, project management, and event management.
-Detailed oriented, advanced Excel skills and with strong analytical capability to analyze raw datas translating into concrete actionable insights.
-The candidate must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel locally and outstation (as and when necessary and sometimes during weekends).
-IT proficiency is vital especially in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
-Ability to communicate verbally in Mandarin language will be an added advantage
