ResponsibilitiesPerform permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner, compliant with both Customs requirements and customer requirements.
Liaison between the customer and data entry team to ensure timely response over calls & emails, and closure of jobs.
Preparation of monthly KPI/performance reports for customers.
Preparation of SOPs for new shipments/accounts onboarded to GUUD.
Assisting in Logistics support with tasks including but not limited to:
Import Breakbulk services
Preparation of Delivery orders and other trade documents
Preparation of reports for customers (daily/weekly/monthly)
Customer Service support for key customers
Handling and replying to customer requests or clarifications via physical contact, email, phone, or other means.
Requirements:Must possess good communication skills and have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
A fast learner with good initiative and work attitude.
Proactive and a team player.
Meticulous, ability to multi-task, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
