Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpretdata , analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Plan, develop, and upskill training sessions for Direct Labor employees.
Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
Compile and publish training metrics.
Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and possible process efficiency improvements to production management.
Produce dashboards, including graphs, tables, and other visualizations.
Create presentation decks using PowerPoint (or similar) and present them.
Provide written reports of your findings.
Able to operate training systems.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Diploma in business administration, commerce, management or equivalent.
PREFERRED:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
SKILLS:
Result-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Excel.
Self-starter and quick learner.
Excellent clarity when handling small parts.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Lean Sigma certified is an added advantage.
Candidates must be flexible to work a 12-hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team.
