Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within the organization.
Training and Development Administration
To assist in the implementation of Training Needs Analysis Exercise, including sourcing for appropriate training courses for departments/sections and making recommendations.
To consolidate the outcome of the Training Needs Analysis Exercise into Training Plan.
To execute the Training Plan and ensure that training schedules and training forms are given and communicated to relevant parties.
To monitor all training progress and ensure training hours are fulfilled and documented.
To assist departments in monitoring staff's participation, learning and performance targets after each training.
To consolidate training data needed to evaluate the effectiveness of training against business plan and the efficiency of the organization.
To assist in internal and external audits.
To perform other duties as directed by superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Proficient in reading and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
