About the Role:We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Consultant to join our team for an exciting in-person training delivery project in Malaysia.
As a Training Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating engaging training sessions based on a pre-developed content and training plan.
This will be a part-time role, paid by the hour, and you will be compensated for any transport required, along with briefing hours before the training event.
Responsibilities:Facilitate interactive training sessions primarily in Malay and also in English, ensuring clarity and understanding among participants.
Deliver training content effectively, engaging participants and promoting learning.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to skill development and knowledge retention.
Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of training activities.
Requirements:Proven experience in facilitating training sessions, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
