Coordinate and arrange for any training programs for employees of the company.
Prepare or assist in classroom handouts, training materials, and manuals.
Liaise with others (i.e., clubs, other departments, etc.)
for the smooth operation of the training programs.
Arrange refreshments for participants if necessary.
Work closely with the training team and assist in identifying training needs, planning, designing, and implementing present or new training programs to achieve the desired learning outcomes and organizational requirements.
Handle all HRDF application and claim-related matters, and record training details.
To perform all administrative duties of the department and other ad hoc assignments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, education, or related experiences.
1-2 years of experience in training, development management, or the hospitality industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and communication skills in English and Malay and the ability to converse in Mandarin dialects will be an added advantage.
Good with a high level of computer competence (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
A self-motivated person, able to multi-task, is a good team player with effective interpersonal, communication, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
