Responsibilities Provide necessary staff training for new staff & conduct follow-up or refresher training for existing staff.Develop and provide training materials and modules for staff. Prepare a comprehensive training budget preparation that includes accommodation, food, and transport costs for staff training.Prepare questions for each training module to assess staff understanding and knowledge retention.Prepare Training Evaluation results and individual scores to track training effectiveness.Work and liaison with Internal Stakeholder to obtain training modules for new products launching.Ensure that staff receive adequate and timely training as per the schedule.Prepare Training Needs Analysis, including the type of training, training attended, and the number of hours completed.Recruit and manage mystery shopper for the company. Brainstorm suitable new training syllabus with Management by gathering feedbacks from trainees.Design and prepare training materials such as videos, presentation slides, props, script.Formulate and administer pre- and post-training tests to trainees based on the respective programs as a means to evaluate trainees' attentiveness, usefulness and applicability of the program.Assess and review the effectiveness of training programs after each training session and include suggestions to advance the particular program.Participate in video shooting activities for the purpose of pre-recorded online training.Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time. Requirements Minimum a Diploma/Degree graduate or professional certificate in relevant field.Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail operations, human resources, learning and Development, trainings or similar setting.Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed.Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities.
