Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Conduct basic training as per training manual for new direct labors.
Conduct training for all production skill groups for direct labors.
Conduct IPC training for direct labors and indirect staff.
Conduct new process training as and when required.
Conduct refresher training annually.
Certify Certificate of Competency (COC) for operators and issue the color stickers.
Prepare and conduct up-grading test for operators.
Prepare and update training manual for all production skill groups.
Prepare and update Production Skill Matrix.
Prepare and update Skill Group Master List.
Perform color code audit in production.
Spend more time in production to learn the new development of the process and observe the skill level of Direct Labors.
Update the training record for all direct labors.
Act as a Training Officer
Conduct induction program for Indirect Staff once a month.
Coordinate annual training needs analysis (TNA) with Line Managers.
Analyze training needs and compile into Annual Training Plan (ATP) for approval of HRM and GM.
Source the 4 best training providers for each training as per ATP based on course contents and cost-effectiveness for HRM's final selection and approval.
Liaise with Human Resource Development Council, optimize Human Resource Development Fund utilization; its application and claim procedure.
Liaise with hotel for rental of function room facility in package.
Send an invitation on training details to the participants via IBM Notes.
Evaluate training programs effectiveness and report its findings accordingly.
Update the training record for all Indirect Staff.
Manage the training bond as per SOP.
Review SOP from time to time and propose for improvement.
Perform any other duties as and when required by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement:
Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in training and development / management / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Certified IPC trainer preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in both Bahasa and English.
Competent in Computer Software Application Packages.
Familiarity with the full training cycle.
Certification in relevant manufacturing requirements (e.g., ESD, IPC, hand soldering).
Positive attitude with ultimate continuous improvement mindset.
Experience attending audits related to training and development.
