Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Human ResourcesSalary range: RM2k - RM3.5kWork Location: Pengerang, Johorprefer to mandarin speaking**Job Description**:- To plan and design annual training plan for all levels of employees according to TNA analysis.- To manage and record all staff training.- To liaise with training vendor on quotation / training matters.- To prepare annual TNA.- To manage utilization of Human Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp).- To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.- To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.- To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.- To maintain the departmental documentation.- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 monthsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
