Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules, ensuring timely deliveries.
Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and submit reports as required by BSM and Toll Administration, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with BSM regulations, focusing on transportation and workplace safety.
Take personal responsibility for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.
Assist Supervisor in achieving KPI standards and perform other duties as directed, while maintaining confidentiality of company-related documents.
What you'll need to succeed:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of Transportation Systems and Management.
Experience in logistics or transport planning is a plus.
Analyze data to optimize routes and reduce costs.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operations.
Ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, policies, procedures and practices.
