DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design tour itinerary and create tour departureHandling phone calls with airlines, ground operators and customersEnsuring the Operations process flow implementations are according to company's policyLiaise with the Operation Manager regarding products developmentEnsuring Payment & Deadlines requirements are actioned for respective airlines and ground operatorsCollect and pay attention to customer & tour leader's feedback and provide reaction plans wherever applicableHandle customer cancellation, short payment and othersManage paper work i.e rooming list, confirmation, exchange orderTake charge of private group's itinerary (exp. custom make itinerary and quotation)Manage the ground bookings with local ground operator i.e. Hotel Reservation, restaurant bookings, domestic flightEnsure payment is made to ground operator and airlinesRequest airline seat and meal according to the customer's requestEmail engagement & communication with ground operator, airlines and arrange for tour assignments to Tour leaderEnsure full name list, departure/ arrival date are accurate before air ticket issued. Prerequisites: Must possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field1-3 years of work experience is preferredGood graphics processing and short video editing ability is betterProficient in Mandarin and English, including writing and communicationProficient in Microsoft Office softwareOther interpersonal requirements: Positive and cheerful personality, with good interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, enthusiastic and open to new ideasAbility to keep information or projects confidential as neededAble to work under pressureAbility to work independently Salary: basic salary is RM2,400-RM3,000 / month, plus a lot sales commission
Work Location: City centre of Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Time: 8H every day, 9:00-18:00, lunch break 1H, work 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday, plus 1 day on duty every month, legal holidays off
