Truck Driver Cum Store Assistant

ObjectiveTo provide delivery and transport service in the most efficient, timely and safe manner.Truck Driver Job ResponsibilitiesDrive and operate 3 tonne or 5 tonne lorry both locally and outstation.
Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
Pre-inspect truck to ensure the truck is road worthy.
Pick up goods, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
Load and unload cargo.
Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
Requirements Truck Driver Skills And QualificationsValid Truck License GDL
Know Traffic laws or regulations/ driving knowledge
Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
Able to pass random drug tests
Clean driving record
No convictions in the past years
Listening and verbal communication skills
Dependability and reliability.
