Job Responsibilities: Develop every sales opportunity that can ariseOffer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect client / browserFollow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directionsPerform daily stock take and sales reportsRespect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic teamSupport events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing teamPromote CRM activitiesMaintain the best boutique conditions at all times. e.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc Job Requirements: At least 2 years experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industrySales and resulted-orientedExcellent customer service skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effectiveHigh integrity with good ethics and valuesA team player with a can-do attitude
