We are currently seeking a Project Talent Acquisition to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.
The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term employment contract.About the JobExecute recruitment efforts for designated projects, ensuring that the organization attracts, selects and hires the best talent in line with project timelines and requirements.Manage the full recruitment process for project-specific roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Maintain collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and project leads, to ensure alignment of talent acquisition with project needs.Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.Liaise with external recruitment agencies and headhunters as needed to expedite the hiring process for critical and specialized roles.Ensure all recruitment activity complies with company policy and legal requirements, providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and challenges.Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing the recruitment process smoothly, representing the company's values and culture.About YouBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course.8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in project-based hiring.Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory.Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.Strong sourcing and networking skills, able to identify and attract top talent.Proven ability to work effectively within a team.Prior experience in recruitment firms and headhunting environments will be an added advantage.Able to communicate and coordinate efficiently in a project environment.Dynamic, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.What's Next?Starting Date:ImmediateUpon receiving your application, a recruiter will perform an initial review, followed by a detailed assessment by the hiring manager.
