Responsibilities Understand clients' briefs, as well as propose suitable creators and content angles, in order to achieve their marketing goals with our crowd influencing solutions. End-to-end management of UGC campaigns. This includes campaign setup, budgeting and payment, recruitment of suitable everyday moms or content creators, filtering through and shortlisting suitable ones, briefing them, liaising on operational logistics, approving or amending their content, and tracking performance of their posts. Responsible for ensuring deliverables are on brief, on time, and within budget. Track campaign results and produce post-campaign reports. Source for, nurture, and maintain relationships to continually grow the number of active moms and content creators in our communities. Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and increase engagement rates. Main point of contact for our everyday moms and content creators, negotiating rates, answering their questions, and guiding everyday moms to improve the quality of their content. Lead day-to-day client interactions, building positive relationships with clients to facilitate retention or increase in account size. Responsible for timely billing of clients. Minimum 2 years working experience in a related role in agencies or B2C brands Experience in KOL & community handling Proficient in written and spoken English Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle different stakeholders including clients, content creators, everyday moms and internal Organised and able to oversee several ongoing accounts across different team members and markets at the same time What we offer:
