You will: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Linux/ Unix Server platformsEscalated the case to L3 Infrastructure/application team if needPerform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc… Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning. Prepare and maintain technical documentations. Providing support on issues related to servers and storageLiaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance You bring: Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline; >2 years relevant working experiences in Unix/ Linux Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storageSizeable company and ITIL experience is preferableSelf-motivated, quick learner, can-do attitude and able to work under pressure Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plusKnowing in AIX/HPUX/Solaris is a plusWilling to work afternoon, night shift and on public holidays on rotation basis. Shift works will be compensated with shift allowances.We are seeking candidates proficient in Cantonese/ Mandarin to effectively communicate with Cantonese/ Mandarin-speaking clients.
