Selection ProcessWe are implementing a comprehensive and thorough selection process to identify the most suitable candidates for our Management Associate Programme. This process includes aptitude tests and interviews with both Human Resources and Senior Management:Stage 1: Psychometric assessments
Stage 2: Online video interview
Stage 3: Group assessment
Stage 4: Career forum
Stage 5: Panel interviews
Note: Only those who passed our initial screening criteria will receive an invitation for Stage 1 assessment on27 November 2024 . Only those who passed Stage 1 assessment shall proceed to Stage 2 assessment. Stage 3 and Stage 4 are tentatively scheduled to take place between March and April 2025.
