About the Employer An overseas subsidiary  specialising in the manufacturing of ophthalmic lenses.
Working Location : Wisma KGN, Pengkalan Weld, 10300 Georgretown, Pulau Pinang Job Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their queries and issues promptly and positively.
Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
Follow up on cases and commitments made to customers.
Have a strong understanding of company products and services and provide detailed information to customers.
Utilize various communication channels to interact with customers.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure feedback is documented.
Log all interactions and tasks in Service Cloud or relevant systems.
Process orders, forms, and requests accurately.
Coordinate with colleagues, particularly the sales team.
Assist with stock management of lenses.
Investigate tasks thoroughly within established procedures and guidelines.
Candidate Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
Proficiency in Mandarin.
Previous experience in customer service and data entry preferred.
Optical experience is a plus.
