Manufacturing Industry Permanent position Basic salary is up to RM4000Normal Working Hours (Mon - Fri; 9am - 6pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm) Oasis Corporate Park, Ara Damansara JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding order statuses, inquiries, and delivery schedules.Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with new or existing clients.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure meetings are organized efficiently.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, documentation, and filing.Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including coordination of meetings and managing office calendars.Prepare, maintain, and compile customer data in an organized and accessible manner.Regularly update the customer database with new information, sales activities, and relevant notes.Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and other administrative tasks.Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking key sales metrics.Liaise with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.Act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or office management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
