Role and Responsibilitie
-Design System Management: Build, maintain, and scale a robust Design System to ensure consistency across the platform
-User-Centered Design: Create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that meet the needs of students, researchers, and educators
-Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to test and validate user flows.
-Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and delightful user experiences
-Feedback and Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on qualitative user feedback and quantitative insights

-Experience: 2-7 years as a UX/UI Designer in SaaS, with proven experience managing Design Systems and delivering high-quality UI/UX
-Tools and Skills: Proficiency in Figma (components, prototypes, and auto-layout), with a strong understanding of Design Systems and UI/UX best practices
-Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to deliver seamless design-to-development workflows.
-User Insight: A strong grasp of user-centered design processes, from research to execution, with an emphasis on accessibility and usability
