– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to travel within the Southeastern Asia region.

JOB DESCRIPTION
COMPANY is seeking an experienced Director of After Sales Project Management to be located in Southeast Asia. The primary responsibility will be to act as a commercial and technical business analyst to translate and review abstract business requirements into concrete functional and technical specifications for livestock equipment. This Director will manage the After Sales and Field Service activities in the region, including assembly/installation of livestock equipment structures, customer service, and spare parts inventory management. The individual will also ensure professional assembly and commissioning of all livestock equipment orders according to defined quality standards and will observe deadlines and costs of assembly orders. Other duties include:
– Formulating strategies, developing workflows, and systems to meet project objectives.
– Scheduling, cost planning, controlling, and monitoring of large assembly projects.
– Ensuring controls and electrical/mechanical repairs on-site.
– Conducting maintenance visits, commercial processes, post-processing, and administration of maintenance jobs.
– Engaging with customers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to implement effective communication and develop long-term working relationships.
– Providing strategic analysis project reports monthly to the supervisor.
– Determining objectives and measures whereby the project will be evaluated at project completion.
