Valuation Executive

**Qualifications**- Experience in **VALUATION / REAL ESTATE / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY** or other property research is added advantage- Good analytical and writing skills with strong command of English language- Knowledge in publication software is an added advantage- An excellent opportunity to work in a highly and respectable consultancy firm- Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager**Responsibilities**:- Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports- Liaison with bankers, clients and relevant parties- Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports- To provide regular updates on specific property sectors- To undertake market surveys and feasibility study and other relevant surveys- To provide advisory services**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- VALUATION, REAL ESTATE OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY: 2 years (preferred)
