Value Creation Analyst/Associate

Job Description We are seeking a Value Creation Analyst/Associate to join our team based in Malaysia.

Key responsibilities: Develop and execute value creation strategies for portfolio companies Provide insights on portfolio performance, opportunities, and risks Observe market trends, competitive landscapes and regulatory changes impacting portfolio companies Engage with portfolio company management to gather data, address operational challenges, and drive strategic initiatives Assist in preparing comprehensive and insightful monthly portfolio reports on portfolio companies' financial performance and key metrics Refine processes, tools, and methodologies for improved portfolio management and monitoring Participate in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting analysis, research, financial modelling and handling ad hoc requests Requirements Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, restructuring, corporate strategy, Inv Banking or a related field Ability to craft persuasive business and investment arguments rooted in comprehensive business and financial analysis Critical and innovation thinking skills regarding key value drivers across industries Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Passion for entrepreneurial innovation and fostering business growth Familiarity with financial modelling and financial data tools is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills.
