Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the global vendor master data environment, and activities associated with Vendor Master creation, changes and deactivations are performed according to Baxter's established standards.
Support implementation of Baxter's global vendor master data strategy, standards, and improvement plans.
Assist with external and internal controls for Vendor Master Data and adherence to SOX control compliance.
Support the transition of countries/sites into Baxter Business Services.
Review and propose changes to Vendor Master data policies and procedures as dictated by market and company changes, in addition to changes in personnel, department practices, and systems.
Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements:
2-4 years Finance experience, with a minimum of 2+ years' experience across Global/Regional master data management.
Management experience in a large multinational organization.
Experience with JDE ERP platform preferred.
Internal controls experience.
Experience in best practice master data processes and demonstrated experience managing performance through service level agreements and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a global basis.
Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent.
Knowledge of, and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and their supporting policies and procedures organization wide.
