Vice President, Business Development

Responsible in driving the growth of the Bank through new business opportunities via mergers and acquisition, restructuring, and other corporate exercise activities to expand existing business and markets.
Primary job purpose includes to lead, oversee and manage corporate exercise efforts to identify and secure new revenue streams and to ensure the Bank achieve its long-term business goals.
