Vice President, Business Development

Responsible for driving the growth of the Bank through new business opportunities via mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other corporate exercise activities to expand existing business and markets.
The primary job purpose includes leading, overseeing, and managing corporate exercise efforts to identify and secure new revenue streams and to ensure the Bank achieves its long-term business goals.Lead the development and execution of the Bank's merger and acquisition strategy.
Identify potential acquisition targets or corporate partnerships.
Manage the entire process of possible mergers and acquisitions.
Conduct thorough financial, legal, operational, and regulatory assessments of potential projects.
