We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Vice President, Client Onboarding - Korean Speaking based in KL, Malaysia.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of complex deals, overseeing end-to-end client onboarding activities and managing dedicated client deal portfolios.
Coordinate work involved in complex deals, collaborating with Sales, Product, Technology, Client Operations, Marketing, Risk and Controls, Legal, and other teams.
Develop and maintain customized project plans tailored to client requirements, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and practices.
Requirements8-15 years of experience in a similar role.
Korean Language proficiency is a must.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to command senior client and internal stakeholder meetings.
