We're seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Client Onboarding (Japanese Speaking), based in KL, Malaysia. As part of our team, you'll have the resources to meet your unique needs, make healthy decisions, and manage your financial well-being to plan for your future.
About YouYou'll be responsible for managing a team of Implementation Managers, reporting directly to the Implementation PMO Functional Head. You'll drive client solution delivery and revenue conversion using structured project management techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Implementation Managers, driving client solution delivery and revenue conversion.
Define and execute the TTS Implementation strategy in line with regional and global objectives.
Ensure a seamless client on-boarding experience through best-in-class client implementation methodologies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing satisfaction through positive survey scores and documented post-implementation reviews.
Maximize Citi's global network to deliver consistent, best-in-class solution delivery across geographies and functions.
Deliver revenue conversion and ramp-up targets, defined Scorecard KPIs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
