We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team asVice President, Client Onboarding (Japanese Speaking) , based in KL, Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our clients.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent risk management orientation, and a deep understanding of the global Citi network. They will be responsible for managing a team, driving client solution delivery, and ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive client solution delivery and revenue conversion leveraging structured project management techniques.
Define and execute the TTS Implementation strategy in line with regional and global objectives.
Ensure effective management of client relationships and development of the team as trusted advisors.
Maximize Citi's global network to ensure consistent, best-in-class solution delivery to clients across geographies and functions.
Continuously reduce implementation cycle time and minimize deal slippage and associated revenue conversion lead time.
Deliver productivity and re-engineering programs to establish a scalable cash and trade implementation model.
Requirements:
6-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Japanese Language proficiency is a must.
Results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the global Citi network.
