Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years in senior HR management roles (e.g., HR Director or above) in large and diversified enterprises.
Strong experience in designing performance evaluation systems, stock option policies, and executive recruitment.
Exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle complex HR issues.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong language organization skills.
Experience in corporate culture development and transformation, and familiarity with optimizing a federal organizational structure.
