DescriptionJob Title: General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)
Based in Central, Hong Kong Island, this role requires frequent business travel to capitals such as Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Taichung, Manila, and other locations.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the company's operating strategy to achieve business goals, optimize business models, and drive growth.
Optimize cash flow and capital allocation by formulating rules and regulations, ensuring efficient fund use, compliant operations, and enhancing customer and agent satisfaction.
Design and execute innovative marketing and promotion activities to boost brand influence and sales growth.
Establish a data analysis system to monitor key indicators and inform operational optimization and decision-making.
Manage the financial business sector comprehensively, ensure compliant operations, and establish a risk management system.
Build and manage a high-performing team.
Explore new markets and cooperation opportunities, promoting business innovation and sustainable development.
Formulate budgets and optimize resource allocation to improve operational efficiency and benefits.
Refine the organizational structure, job responsibilities, work processes, and rules and regulations of the group's operations center to ensure efficient operation.
Contribute to the formulation of the company's medium- and long-term strategic goals and organize their implementation.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, business administration, or related fields preferred; MBA preferred.
Experience: More than 10 years of operational management experience, with over 5 years of senior management experience in the financial industry.
Skills: Excellent strategic planning, data analysis, team management, resource integration, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
Languages: Fluency in Chinese and English is required, with strong language organization skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
Experience in culture building and corporate transformation.
Familiarity with optimizing a federal organizational structure.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per annum
