As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall lending business objectives and targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential risks for expansion in the lending sector.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with large organizations, SMEs, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the lending business's reach and enhance product offerings.
Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
Evaluate and onboard new lending products and services to diversify the lending business portfolio.
Lead and develop a high-performing business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Foster a collaborative work culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Requirements10 – 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales management.
Strong track record of driving revenue through BD and partnerships (SMEs and B2B Accounts).
Minimum 3-5 years of high-performing team management experience.
Effective negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to analyze end-to-end sales cycle performance to inform recommendations in growing top-line and bottom-line numbers.
