Vice President, Supply Chain Financing SalesAs a Project Lead / Head for Supply Chain Financing (SCF), the incumbent for this role will play a pivotal role in setting up SCF capabilities, overseeing and managing key projects within the SCF domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams, implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring successful execution of projects in setting up SCF capabilities.
Grow income from SCF to 15% of Trade Total Income in 5 Years.
Achieve Balance Sheet and Income Target annually.
Customer (Internal And/Or External):
Establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem.
Drive customer pipeline and establish/forecast income with Relationship Managers.
Improve supplier and buyer adoption rates on the SCF Platform.
Enhance customer onboarding efficiency – improvement in TAT.
Monitor Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) – Customer satisfaction with the SCF services.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or any related field.
Proven experience in Sales, specifically in Supply Chain Financing & Structured Trade.
Strong understanding of supply chain financing products, processes, and industry trends.
Minimum 5 years' experience with relevant financial systems and technologies used in SCF.
Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional project teams.
Strategic planning – development of SCF's strategy to align with Bank's overall objectives.
Strong networking with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of risk and compliance relevant to banking and SCFs business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
