About the roleAs a Video Editor cum Videographer, you will play a vital role in creating compelling video content for GiGiEMAS Ent', a leading entertainment company based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the entire video production process, from capturing footage to editing and finalising high-quality videos that captivate our audience.
What you'll be doing
Perform any tasks related to video recording either inside or outside the office premises.
Preparing all forms of preparations related to video recording.
Edit videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new video concepts.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce and edit video content.
Implement creative workflows, including the use of AI tools, to enhance video production.
Ensure the quality and every aspect related to the video are in good condition before it is broadcast or published.
Stay updated with the latest trends and incorporate them into video content.
Be on standby during major campaigns to ensure timely delivery of video assets.
Ensure all video content is delivered on schedule and meets the company's quality standards.
What we're looking for
Ages between 20 to 27 & residing at Melaka.
Proficiency in using video editing software in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experienced in operating cameras, lighting, sound recording & all video recording equipment.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
Creativity and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
