**Job Summary:**
As a Virtual Assistant at UMW Holdings Berhad, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is a part-time, entry-level role ideal for individuals who are hardworking and passionate about contributing to a successful team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require diligence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Assist in various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents in a systematic manner.
- **Communication Management:** Respond to emails and inquiries promptly, maintaining clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Enter and maintain data in company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Project Assistance:** Support team projects by gathering relevant data, preparing reports, and creating presentations as needed.
- **Research:** Conduct research on assigned topics, gathering relevant information to assist in decision-making and project development.
- **Coordination:** Help coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- **Social Media Support:** Assist in managing and updating social media accounts and company website content, reflecting the organization's brand and values.
- **Creative Collaboration:** Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide support in the development of creative content and ideas that align with the organization's mission.
- **Office Management:** Ensure a well-organized virtual workspace by maintaining up-to-date documents, folders, and resources as necessary.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma; relevant coursework or certification in administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of administrative or relevant experience in a professional setting preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
