We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedVisual Merchandising Executiveto join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the in-store experience by ensuring that our visual merchandising displays are aligned with seasonal themes, brand guidelines, and promotional activities.
This role requires someone with a keen eye for design and an ability to work independently while collaborating with various departments to maintain an engaging store environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Visualize the whole store in every changing season and to ensure all windows props are always on time by working closely with VM Manager and principals.
Store graphic, duratrans to be installed every beginning of the season.
Promotion signage to be printed and sale signage to be installed for every EOS sale.
To create attractive windows for all stores to draw in more customers.
Ensure that windows follow principals' merchandising guidelines.
Store Maintenance
To ensure all stores fixture and lighting are functioning at all times.
Ensure merchandise in stores are well displayed on the hanging bars, jeans and t-shirt folding at their best presentation at all times.
To produce extra fixtures and touch up on existing fixtures in the store, as required.
Ensure fitting room stool, pole and mirror are well equipped at all times for customers.
Operational
Regular meetings with VM Manager to update on changes in store.
Prepare records of work done throughout the year.
To brief retail ops team regularly on window / store update.
To liaise with principals, shipping department and relevant parties for window props delivery, event layout, promotion mechanics and in store graphic measurement etc.
To produce staging, props and platform for events with local contractor.
Training and Development
Conduct basic and essential VM training and guidelines to retail ops team (e.g.
for new seasons, sale periods, principals' guidelines).
To train retail ops team about shop display standards and renew signages / other licenses for existing and new stores.
To manage / track VM budget and ensure POs and invoices are followed up.
To liaise with warehouse on recycled props or fixtures to be discarded.
To undertake assigned projects given by Management as and when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Art & Design or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with luxury brands background.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
An independent team player who possess good interpersonal skills and highly motivated, proactive and creative.
Adherence to brand's goals and policies regarding marketing and sales strategies
Ability to work diligently with little supervision.
