About the Department The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives for PFS products acquisition, engagement and cross-sell initiatives. Plan and launch optimized online adverts and content marketing through digital media platforms to increase product and brand awareness Collaborate with Product and Digital Banking teams to deliver initiatives to support annual targets. Media & Creative-savvy: Work with creative and media agency to ensure implementation of initiatives, cost and effectiveness. Work with internal stakeholders, eg: compliance, legal, strategic communications to get clearance for marketing communications Performance marketing: Tracking, reporting, analytics and optimization of campaigns/creatives. Job Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in related field Able to exercise clear and concise written and verbal communication Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills Lifecycle Marketing and customer journey knowledge and strategies Up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends Data analytics knowledge and skills Knowledge of banking and payments landscape A team player, proactive, performance driven, flexible and agile to changes Familiarity on Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or In App tracking tools such as Appsflyer will be a bonus
