About the Department The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities Identify opportunities within existing to bank customer base and prospect names for appropriate solutions and suite of products, supporting the Business Banking(BB) client segment. Work with a team of account relationship managers(RMs) to understand their portfolio and customers' needs and joint marketing calls to explore business opportunities. Responsible to manage cash revenues and drive Cash Management cross-sell for a given portfolio of clients, which is managed by a team of account RMs in the BB segment. Point of contact for cash products to support account RMs for a designated portfolio. The cash sales manager will engage directly with account RMs and Transaction Banking Product Management team on various marketing activities and initiatives. Formulate and drive sales plan in contributing to deliver the financial results and to manage cross-selling of Cash Management Solutions and continued growth from existing customer base. Work closely with the Product Management and Marketing team to plan new product launches or propose product enhancements to ensure that our products and services meet customer and market requirements. Work closely with Client Servicing Team for client on-boarding on cash management solution. Job Requirements Matured and highly motivated individuals with a passion for and a desire to have a career in cash sales Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Must be able to articulate himself/herself well against various levels of target audience. Strong local contacts and the ability to speak Mandarin and/or local dialects is an advantage.
