Job Description
Working hand-in-hand with the CEO and department leaders, you will drive the top-line revenue of the division and lead a high-performing sales team. Inspire and create an environment of continuous improvement - allowing your team to explore and develop strategies to grow new and existing accounts. You will play a pivotal role in propelling the company's ambitious goals to new heights as it continues on its growth trajectory.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales roadmap, drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, and optimize team performance through data-driven strategies and KPIs.
Lead sales improvement initiatives, including key account management, CRM development, go-to-market strategies, and process streamlining to enhance sales funnel visibility and increase conversion rates.
Build and lead a high-performing sales organization with optimal coverage, supported by a Sales Planning and Development function.
Drive strategic partnerships to generate quality leads, provide leadership in the SPD function to close performance gaps, and develop a comprehensive sales training program.
Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations and institutions to generate leads, close deals, and expand opportunities with existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic relationship mapping.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 15 years of sales experience, with a significant amount of time in a senior leadership position.
In-depth knowledge of and experience in B2B sales for tech-based products or solutions. FinTech product background is highly advantageous.
Successful track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Consistently achieving high revenue growth within established portfolios.
Ability to perform consistently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Willing to be hands-on to see through goals.
Effective communication and stakeholder relationship abilities, able to leverage relationships to form mutually beneficial deals and collaborations.
Existing network of C-Suites within financial institutions and large enterprises is highly advantageous.
