Job Description
Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately.
Serve drinks including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ensure proper presentation of drinks and food.
Handle cash transactions and process payments.
Recommend menu items and pair drinks with meals.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
Monitor customer needs and provide prompt service.
Keep track of drink orders and assist in restocking.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, especially in handling alcohol.
Follow company policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
